Good afternoon,
When I switch between the Edit and Export work windows, everything is sharp. But as soon as I go back to Edit and then click Export again, the text is blurry. But text at Editing is still ok. It does this every time. Does anyone know why? Same at Import window and same if I change workspaces from Editing to some else and go back to Editing..

The problem is only in the export window. And please don't write that I need to update my monitor, drivers, Windows, or keyboard. That's not the reason.

Can anyone help me figure out why my Premiere Pro interface is so low resolution, as well as why my program panel is all messed up?
Problem: UI on my 4k laptop screen is low resolution and my cursor is tiny. My program panel will also only show the top left corner of the video frame, with the rest of the panel bugging out and showing different UI elements.
Context: I work off of a Dell XPS laptop with an additional external monitor. My laptop screen is 4k, while my external monitor can only display at 1080. I was previously able to swap my Premiere window between both screens and my UI would scale accordingly, looking crisp on either screen. Now, however, everything is fine on my external monitor, but if I pull the window to my laptop screen (or if I have to work remote and can't plug in a monitor), the UI gets all fuzzy and I can't even view the video I am editing. This started happening when I set my main display to my external monitor, but when I went back and reset my main display to my laptop, the issue still persists. This issue is only on Premiere, btw. Other Adobe apps still scale fine between monitors. Here are some screenshots comparing the two displays. Nothing was changed bewteen screenshoting, I simply dragged the window from one display to the other.
Since restting my display, I've tried updating my Premiere, updating and restarting my computer, updating drivers, checking and unchecking the "GPU accelerated UI rendering" option in Premiere's Preferences, and can't seem to get it to work. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how do you fix it?
Additional Info: - App Version: 25.6.1 - Windows 11 (Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5063878) (26100.4946)) - Display Scale: 225%
