Hi, there

We checked your report and the video.

There is a folder Motion Graphics Template Media, Premier can put all imported mogrts there, and it is not worth deleting it.

You can try to Import the mogrt and clear the cache with Premier with Premiere Pro via file -> clear cache.

When importing a mogrt, we do not specify in which folder it will be located, Premiere Pro decides for itself, and it is unreal to change the location of the import where we want it to be imported.

What we are doing - just passing the path to the current mogrt and Premier places it in its folder and imports it on the timeline.

So we are not sure how to help you.

Best regards,

Michael.

Me:

you didn't help me at all....I'm not talking about Pp MOGART and I know where their folder is....I'm talking about the rendering of your files that have nothing to do

with pp mogrts..I'm not talking about the mogarts folder path...simply, you the re-rendered files don't link to the ones already in premiere and have nothing to link

to when I deleted everything from the premiere folders...see the pictures what I'm talking about.....and try to solve this...generally I'm not talking about MOGARTS...
look at the pictures.....there are other paths involved...

----

Hi, there, maybe don't delete it then? I would recommend using the Premiere Pro clear cache button. It is not the workflow that anyone supports I think. If you prefer to delete those files, all power to you but we cannot build our software around your custom workflow. We import all of our files using a single command, we use to pass the path to the file. We do not control where Premiere decides to import that file afterward. Even if I wanted to "fix" it, we can't control it.

Me:

Ok...I don't delete the files from the Pp folder because I have nothing else to do...but because a lot of caches, rendered files,

accumulate from various projects and it's the simplest way...when I reload the project all that is on the timeline is unlinked,

including Pp mogarts, I link again in the same way as in the video I sent you, only your AEJ files I can't, I managed one (you have it in the video)

... until 3.4 last update, your AEJ is worked great...I don't want to argue with you anymore...I know that I "only" bought one package of 150e

from you and I will buy them again when I have money, your product is excellent and every editor should have it. ..but...somehow, your support is

not great and I think that we didn't understand each other about this problem at all...or you won't understand me (I understood you completely and

it turns out that you don't want to deal with this problem and all I documented it for you, that's how it is, so you, dear user, accept it or not)...thank you once again and greetings....

Hello @STUDIO29K,

Thanks for filing this bug report. It sounds like you are having trouble with lost links to your source media after deleting the cache and items from your scratch disk and reopening a project. Is that correct? Are you removing Motion Graphics Template Media from Scratch Disks, as well?

The team might need more details. See, How do I write a bug report?

How are you deleting the media cache? The best way is to press Shift at launch and delete the media cache from the Reset Options dialog box. Does that work better for you?

I apologize for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kev...

after deleting the cache and items scratch disk (I did that on purpose, various files from various projects accumulate...)...everything that appears on the timeline as unlinked including mogart files after restarting the project, I linked it in this way...let's say if it's Pp mogart, I drag it back into the timeline anywhere, and then I render it and then the delinked one (where is the position, color, font, size) I link with the previously rendered one, that's how it works and it worked until now with all mogart's including AEJ ... and it works on all Pp mogarts.... no error... but when, for example, I import Noise 30 from AEJ and render it and link that render with the same one that is not I'm rendering (unlinked from the beginning of the project)...Pp won't link them, but the next mogart from AEJ will...you have them in the video...only their files won't be linked by Pp or it's up to them....Pp mogarts all they link that way and there is no problem there...it simply started happening after v.24.3 (24.4.1, 24.5)...here we are not talking about your mogarts who are all fine, but about AEJ... .thanks..
