Premier Pro 2024 NOT Opening

Help! The NEW update will not open on my 2021 Mac Macbook Pro. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it but it's still doing this. I've removed it from my doc station and it will not work. Someone help, please!

I am using the new Mac update OS Sonoma 14.0
