Hi rafaelw99087648,

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried resetting workspace (Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout) to check if it's working properly?

Thanks,

Sumeet

Hello, unfortunately the operating system does not show any errors in the event viewer. I have the same computer twice and tried it on both, the hardware is not defective.

Hello, it's not enough to just test the software on Windows 11 and the latest hardware,
you also have to test it on Win 10 and older hardware, not all people have new computers.

Hi rafaelw99087648,

Did you try resetting workspace? Also, is this happening with any specific project or all of them?

Thanks,

Sumeet

Hello, I have reset everything, but the error is still there. I have reinstalled the Windows and the Premiere and I also have Acronis Images for a proper reset. The error is always in all projects.

The Sata controller on the motherboard was a little defective, I changed the motherboard and reinstalled Windows,
but the Premiere makes the same error, later I installed Windows 11, still the same error, the Premiere is simply faulty.

Hello, I once installed Premiere 23.6, which doesn't cause the error.
I have the Intel Core i9-7980XE processor and other similar models. Greetings R. Wunderlin

Hello, I tested the 24.6, with editing on effects and tittle, the switch now works, but it hangs in
other places, some things have been repaired, but it has new errors. The best option is
Premiere 23.6, Media Encoder 24.5 and the
Nvidia 536_99 desktop win10 win11 64bit international nsd dch whql then it works. Greetings R. Wunderlin
