Is anyone else having these problems after v23.2 that was updated today (4/6/23)

Media pending - ALL my import files are "pending", in all my projects... audio, video, everything.
import:39 error - I get this on a fresh project, trying to simply import one .mp4
Won't uninstall - I tried uninstalling to revert back to a previous build, but CC gives me errors that "there was a problem uninstalling Premiere Pro"

Update: Looks to be an issue connecting to my Lacie external HD. Created a new project and imported a local file just fine. Will continue investigating.

I want to try and delete the Premiere Insta360 plugin, as I don't really use it, and I don't want this issue to happen again.
