This problem has been happening way too often the past few months, at this point i don't even know why i'm paying for my cc licence. I can't edit properly any project as all my footage is stuck on the "media pending" screen and in the project in the media folder, all the footage have grey thumbnails. I'm on Macbook pro M2 32GB memory with 1000GB storage (ap. 50 GB of free space)
I'm working on 4K footages, all stored on my hard drive (no external drive) and it has become impossible to do anything on Premiere.
I tried everything, reinstalling the app, dumping the cache folder, reseting preferences, creating a new project etc etc nothing works, I'm so frustrated and consider switching to Da vinci (there I have no issues playing my files).
If you have any tips on how I can solve this problem, my project is quite small (one sequence, 180GB of footage). I can't even do regular playback on any clips (but they do show up correctly in the finder).
