Premiere Pro 24.6.1 unable to edit keyboard shortcuts

Hi, 

 

I'm running into a weird bug where the Keyboard Shortcuts menu isn't showing after I click on 'Premiere Pro' > 'Keyboard Shortcuts...'

 

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Premiere Pro and I've tried swapping accounts to see if it's tied to my account settings but I've had no luck, that menu is still unresponsive. In the past, it seems that the bug was fixable by using a "Sync account" menu option but it seems that it's gone in Premiere Pro 2024. 

 

Here are my computer specs: 

MacBook Pro

16-inch, 2021

Apple M1 Max

32 GB

macOS 14.6.1

 

Is there a way to clear all my settings? I've already tried installing Premiere Pro clean (removing previous settings) but that didn't seem to work.

 

Looking for any solutions that can get my Keyboard Shortcuts menu working again. Any and all suggestions welcome, thanks!
