Premiere Pro 23.2 failed to progress past launch page. No crash error appeared, it just simply shut down after a few seconds on launch page.
Attempted fixes that have not worked:
Rolled back to Premiere v23.1
Updated system drivers
Restarted system
Deleted preferences for Premiere and reinstall
"Run as administrator" the premiere .exe file instead of standard launch
System information:
Lenovo thinkpad laptop
Windows Pro 10 64
intel i7
16gb ram
intel UHD Graphics 620
There is plenty of room available on my harddrive and the computer is not overheating.
It is worth noting I attach to an external GPU when editing which has a GTX 1070 in it. I am away from home and without access to the eGPU at the moment so I'm not able to test that as a fix.
