Hallo Community,

egal welches Video ich importiere, ob groß oder klein, die Wiedergabe in der Vorschau hakt. So kann man die Videos kaum bearbeiten.

Grafikkartentreiber alles aktuell. Mediencache ist geleert. Aktuellste Version von PP installiert.

Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Vielen Dank vorab.

Hi @Rach McIntire,

here the further information:

Issue:

No matter which video I import, whether large or small, the playback in the preview is "laggy". In result I can hardly edit the videos. Graphic card drivers all up to date. Media cache is cleared. Latest version of PP installed. Hope you can help me. Thank you in advance.

Adobe Premiere Pro version number: 25.1.0 (Build 73)

Operating system: Win 11 Pro - 23H2 - 22631.4391

System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:

  • CPU: Intel i7-14700KF

  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti

  • GPU driver (PC): NVIDIA Studio Driver Version 566.36
  • RAM: 32 GB

  • Hard Drive: 1x 2TB GameMachines NVMe, 1x 2TB Samsung Evo 870

Video Format:

MP4 (1080p, 59,94 fps, bitrate 45121 kbit/s)

Workflow details:

Nothing done yet. This is raw in the media-preview. Not even in a sequence yet. But same Problem in the sequence.

Steps to reproduce:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxkkzOZK55M

Expected result:

Well, the videos should run fluidly ... 🤷‍:male_sign:

Actual result:

Well, they don´t ...

FYI: All Audio-Plugins are deactivated. I just reinstalled Premiere Pro, but the issue remains ...

Hi @Chris REBELLius ,

Could you possibly share one of the files that is giving you problems with play back in Premiere Pro? I have seen some issues with WIndows 11 latest update for some people but I am not sure that is what is causing your issue. If you can send me the file via DropBox, frame IO or any sort of media share based file server I can take a look and see if we can recreate this scenario on our end. You can send me a message with the link if you want. I will take a look as soon as I receive the files.

Thank you

Ian
