Premiere Pro has encountered an error and needs to close

When I enter Premiere Pro it apears a message at the center thats says: Sorry, Premiere Pro has encountered an error and needs to close.

 

You will not be able to use Premiere Pro at this time. 

 

Im using the latest version of Premiere Pro.
And im using Windows 10.
