Every time I open a project in Premiere Pro, it keeps freezing and then closing down. I've cleaned my computer to make sure it isn't a computer problem. The software just won't run properly.

Check out the bulleted template in the link I posted. Thanks for the Premiere Pro version number. Cool. The devs need to know details about your bug. Like: Mac or PC? Which OS? What are the components inside your computer? What camera shot the footage? Stuff like that. It might be a bug or a troubleshooting issue. Can an engineer repeat that issue, or is it just an issue with this specific project? They need the info to find out. I hope we can help.
