Premiere Pro not opening

Hi, I bought adobe creative cloud yesterday and then downloaded Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere Pro. I ran into a problem downloading Premiere Pro. I showed my problem in the video. When I open Premiere Pro the app loading screen comes up and closes and won't open.
