Premiere Pro Not Responding on Startup (Intel Arc A770, Windows 11)

 Adobe After Effects, Photoshops and Illustrator I have no problems with applications, but when I open Premiere Pro, it stays in the opening window and nothing happens, when I click on it, it gives an error like this. My computer hardware is Intel Arc A770 graphics card, i7 13700kf processor, 64gb ram and 1tb ssd. I am using Windows 11 pro. I tried a few versions from the latest version to 2024 and 2023, and I get the same error in all of them. I would be glad if you could help.

Please test with the current version or the beta for this recent hardware. Let us know how it goes.
