Premiere pro is buggy and will not close properly if i am not on my works internet. Media encoder has the same issue but not affecting other cc apps. Any ideas? I have used PP for many years in other corporate settings and never had this issue.

Hi. First, sorry for the hassle. Presumably we're trying to access something from a network share that is unique to your work's network, and this is blocking us. Are you on Windows or MacOS? Hi. First, sorry for the hassle. Presumably we're trying to access something from a network share that is unique to your work's network, and this is blocking us. Are you on Windows or MacOS? If you're on Windows, the first link below has instructions on how to create a dump file when the app is refusing to exit; this file will let us peek inside the app and see what it's doing. Note that the file will be pretty big so you'll need to find somewhere to upload it that I can access it (you can send the link to jschroed@adobe.com). If you're on MacOS the second share has analogous instructions (though this method creates a smaller, text-based file that you can just e-mail to me). Ideally, make sure the app is good and blocked before taking the sample, so we know we're really at the point of the blockage. Thanks!
