I've had this issue for multiple versions of the software. Im on a Mac on Premiere, AE and Media Encoder v 23.4.0. I have a video layer that is an AE dynamic link comp with some text. I make changes to that comp and everything updates as it should. I even render previews and it all looks good, but as soon as I send the sequence to Media Encoder it renders an older version of the layer that is dynamically linked. Closing and reopening all of the software sometimes works but not always. I can't trust dynamic link to render the right thing. I generally just Render and Replace so I can trust that ill get the correct output.
