Problem with Adobe Premiere Pro after updating to macOS Tahoe 26.0.1

Hello, I'm from Germany and I'm experiencing the well-known issue with Adobe Premiere Pro after updating to macOS Tahoe 26.0.1.
Unfortunately, it has been very difficult for me to find a satisfying answer, since the internet — and this forum as well — is full of similar problem reports and responses.
Of course, I have already sent a support request to both Apple and Adobe.
I’m a professional video editor, and at the moment I can’t work properly with Premiere because of this performance problem.
Has anyone found or knows a reliable solution to fix this annoying performance issue?
I’ve already tried everything I could find online, but nothing has helped so far.
Do we all have to switch to DaVinci Resolve now?

Hallo, ich komme aus Deutschland und habe das bekannte Problem mit Adobe Premiere Pro und dem Update macOS Tahoe 26.0.1. Es ist für mich leider sehr mühsam, eine befriedigende Antwort zu finden, weil das Internet und auch dieses Forum hier voll von Problemmeldungen dieser Art und Antworten darauf ist. Ich habe natürlich auch schon eine Support-Anfrage an Apple und Adobe gesendet. Ich bin professioneller Anwender im Video-Schnitt und kann derzeit nicht Premiere arbeiten. Wer hat oder weiß eine Lösung, wie ich das nervige Performance Problem lösen kann? Hab bisher alles, was im Internet dazu zu finden war ausprobiert, nichts hat geholfen. Müssen wir alle auf Davinci Resolve umstellen? Danke für euer wertvolles Feedback! Dirk aus Deutschland.
