Problem with rendering and exporting (freezing takes)

I have the latest version of premiere pro installed (24.3). in the editing timeline everything is perfect and nothing crashes, but when i render and export, drone takes (4k 60fps) crash/freeze. i've tried every way to fix it, i've changed sequences but to no avail. i installed the previous version (24.2.1) and it exported correctly. i use windows 11 and my video card is an RTX 3060

what is the drone footage format? if H.264 encode it to QuickTme

for smoother and faster processing.

are you on the latest Studio Driver for your video card?
