Hello I currently have a issue where P Pro is taking 2 to 3 minutes for playing back rendered video and I am unable to scrub through video. This issue just began. In the past its ran just fine. I did some slight changes to oprimize P Pro and its  running worse than before. Im editing 4k footage to 1080. My Computer stats are as followed:

Ram - 64 GB

Processor - Intel I9-9900

Nividia 3070ti 8GB

And 4 TB of storage

Im running Premiere Pro 25.2.3.

I was unable to makong any adminstration changes because it wont allow them to apply even as the adminstrator profile. Any help would great.

Could you let us know if the slowness you’re experiencing lines up with that kind of activity?

You can view the progress in the upper right corner there is a circle with a blue line that will let you know when it's in progress.
