.prproj icon missed

I need help with the .prproj of adobe premiere pro.
The icon associated with the file does not appear, I have the icon of premiere pro that appears instead.
I have already done "properties > modify > premiere pro" but it does not work.
I have the icon on my computer so I don't understand why windows can't make the link.
