Not sure why, but recently Premiere has been showing a glitchy bar (see screenshots) across my program window. Started about two updates ago. Not sure exactly what causes it, but it's appeared in multiple projects over the last few weeks. It sometimes goes away on it's own when I play back footage, sometimes I restart my pc and it goes away, sometimes not. I've updated all my drivers, tried updating premiere etc. Tried deleting my media cache, nothing seems to affect it. At a loss for what to do so from here.

PC specs:

Premiere Pro V24.5

Windows 11

RTX 4070ti 12GB

Ryzen 5950x

64GB Ram

4TB available space on Project drive

1TB available space on C:

2TB Available on Premiere Install Drive

Hi Eliott,

Thanks for filing your bug report. The team might need more information, like, the media you are using. See, How do I write a bug report? After receiving more details, the team will be better able to help you solve this issue. I hope that's OK.

Some people have success rolling back to an earlier video driver. If you try that, please ensure that the driver is the studio driver, not the game-ready one.

Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

The media used in this particular example was Slog2 4:2:0 8bit in an h.265 container from an Atomos NinjaV. However I've had this error with 10bit 4:2:2 ProRes HQ files as well, and with the files written internally from a Sony FX3.

Other tech specs:
Studio driver v560.70 (also happened with previous driver version, as well as game ready drivers that were tried)

Windows 11 Version 23H2 build 22631.3880
