Respect regions and styles in DFXP files when importing

When importing DFXP/TTML/IMSC/EBU-TT files regions seem to not be imported, instead everything is put at the top of the import. Styles like background and shadow are not respected. https://gist.github.com/pkej/27c400eb985cbba9d66138b63359db40
