Schriftart kann nicht aufgelöst werden

Hallo liebe Community,

wir verwenden für ein aktuelles Projekt die Schriftart „Rafaella“, speziell „Bold Shadoe“.

Die Schriftart wurde im Betriebssystem und in der CreativCloud installiert, wird von Premiere jedoch nicht erkannt.

Auch ein Testlauf mit der aktuellen Premiere- Version 24.5 war erfolglos.

Ist dieses Problem bekannt? Wie kann der Bug beseitigt werden?

Windows: 10 Pro – Version 22HJ2 – Systembuild 19045.4651
