Scrolling, Maximizing and Restore Dock 'Bin' Panel cause back to top

I don't know if this is a bug or not. But every time I maximize the frame under the cursor in the Bin (folder) panel by pressing '`' and minimize it again, the frame always scrolls back up by itself. So if our footage is at the very bottom, we need to scroll down again.

That's very annoying. In previous versions of PP it didn't seem to be like that.
