Hi @BeratGL -   Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How do I write a bug report?
What gpu driver are you using? Adobe recommends using the "Studio" driver version when working in Premiere Pro.

Do you have GPU accelerated UI rendering checked or unchecked in your preferences under general?
Sorry for the frustration.

Hi, my driver is studio driver version 572.83. GPU accelerated UI rendering is enabled. I tested again with GPU accelerated UI rendering disabled and the flicker doesn't happen anymore. Only with that setting checked.

Hi @BeratGL - Do you have any effects on your adjustment layer?  Does the flickering still happen when you don't have the adjustment layer?  Can you try and close all of your third party panels and let us know if that helps your issue.

It happens anyway, doesn't matter if it just a audio or a video file or an adjustment layer. It just happens when if zoom in a lot.

Hi @BeratGL - I have seen this before and it was related to G-sync.  Do you have any custom settings in your Nvidia control panel?

My monitor doesn't have gsync but i restored default settings after i saw your reply and tested again. The problem persists, It only doesn't happen when GPU Accelarated UI rendering is disabled.

HI @BeratGL - I am unable to reproduce your issue, can you confirm if you have closed all of your third party panels and you are still seeing the issue?

Try to press play when zoomed out and zoom in while playhead is moving, if it doesn't happen for you it might be my gpu related. I tried with 'editing' panel selected, all third party dashboards closed, and it doesn't change anything.

Hi @BeratGL - Can you try and hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the boxes
"Reset app preferences" (Backup Preferences first)
"Clear media cache files"
"Reset plugin loading cache"

I also discovered something. Size of the timeline panel changes the rate of flicker.

Brand new project + all "Reset app preferences" "Clear media cache files" "Reset plugin loading cache" checked before. But of course i need to switch page scroll to smooth scroll as this problem don't happen with page scroll.

Hi @BeratGL - That is crazy.  It seems to be pulsing to the beat of the music.  Can you check your audio hardware settings and make sure Default Input is set to "No Input". Do you have any other devices connected to your system?  How many displays?

I have 1 display and 1 microphone connected to my pc. I don't think it has anything to do with audio, to prove my point i exported video only file and used it.

Hi @BeratGL - It definitely took longer to hit.  What are you using to zoom in-out?
