SOS! Error Message : Еhe importer reported generic error

Hello. I've this problem for the last year... When I import files with a big chance I can get this message. I checked the file: they can be opened in DaVinci Resolve, media encoder, and player...
I noticed that if I clean all cache and try again to import the same files - they import correctly. But! Other files with the same chance can't be imported...
I google and saw a lot of tutors to fix this... but they say: "You need to rename .mp4 to .mov", "You need to encode all of your footage to another codec" and other senseless solutions.
