Sound and picture went out of sync after a software update

I installed Premiere Pro 2025 and a large part of the files came out of sound-image sync. 
I downloaded different codecs, it didn't help at all. I would be happy to help

How do I write a bug report? - Adobe Community

Downloading codec is not a very good idea.

They can mess up your good codec.

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.

You can check this with MediaInfo (please post screenshot in treeview)

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please confirm if this is happening with any specific media or all of them? Also, let us know the OS that you are using, the media specs (format, codec, frame rate & frame size) & the source of the media.
