On the latest version of Premier Pro Beta 26.5 and also version 25.1 On the public release,  I'm getting a strange bug that happens completely at random, And is not present at all on version 25.0

While editing I've noticed several times  during playback when I am zooming in or out of the timeline A ripple delete will happen and completely remove some of my clips From where my playhead is currently at, Also when this happens strangely enough it will start playback over from the beginning of the time line Even though I do not have that setting on. this is messed up my entire morning dealing with this issue, ended up just going back to version 25.0 to finish which worked fine.

Nothing has changed as far as my setup goes been using the same settings and same keyboard shortcuts for years now. Seems to be only related to the latest version of premiere pro. Just thought I would put this out there and maybe it could be looked into for a possible fix and future releases thanks..

Hi @Robert23255231ola3 -  Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.

Can you try and hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the boxes

"Reset app Preferences" (Backup preferences before doing this)

"Reset Plugin Cache"

Let us know if that helps your issue.

I haven't tested this in a full edit yet but this seems to have worked when I just tried it but like I said before it would be completely random. Maybe some settings got corrupted from going version to version because I don't currently run any plugins
