Stutter when saving or closing any other window inside Premiere

Hello! Whenever I close any window inside Premiere 23.2.0 (for example, when saving or when closing the markers window), it stutters/hangs for some seconds, as seen in this video: https://youtu.be/NWMSqNg93ig

 

This only happens in premiere. 

 

I've tried deleting cache, deleting all extensions, changing the cache folder to an external SSD and resetting all preferences, but nothing seems to help. After searching everywhere I can't seem to find anyone else that's having this issue. 

 

Is anyone else having this issue? It's not a huge problem but it's very annoying.

Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

BTW, I am using a Macbook Pro with a M1 MAX chip and 32 gigs of RAM & 500gb of storage. I'm on Ventura 13.2.1
