This Is The View When Premiere Pro Is Running On A Full Screen.

And Now When I Minimize The Premiere Pro Without Closing This Tools Panel Popup

I Can See That The Tools Popup Is Above All Other Software.

It Won't Close Until I Click One of Them Or Go Back To Premiere Pro To Close This Popup.
