Transform effect not working on export

I use the transform effect on an adjustment layer to shift the talents frame to the left while I bring in graphics over top. The last couple of months the effect works perfectly in the timeline but upon export it does not show the adjustment layer doing anything and the talents frame does not move. I have tried different codec export settings and also using different renderers like "Mercury Playback engine GPU acceleration" and "Software only" but still nothing. Attached is a visual of the effect working in the timeline. Adjustment Layer-Transform Effect Video

Welcome to the forum, @Phillip34139870grow,

I appreciate the message and sample movie. Thanks! I do wonder what's going on with your system, though. Do you have the specs and are you meeting system requirements?

The other thing to look at are you video preview files and media cache. Can you try deleting those? You can locate the video preview files from Project Settings. For media cache, the best way is to launch pressing Shift to get the Reset Options dialog box. From there, you can delete all the media cache, even the cache for your current project, which you should do. You can also reset preferences in the box, as well.

You can also check out the issue in a new project and sequence to see if the issue might resolve that way. Another idea is to see if your source media has any issues. Is the photo oversized, or if a clip is corrupt, for example. Those are common ones.

I hope we can help you troubleshoot the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheers,
Kevin

@Kevin-Monahan

Hi Kevin & Jamie,

Thanks for jumping on to help. My system is MBP M1 Max 32 GB OS13.7.3. I went through all of kevn's recommendations, then built a new project and built the sequence again. I used pro res footage from a shoot this week as the bottom talent layer. The transform effect on an adjustment layer with position keyframes for the bottom layer worked great in the timeline on playback but on export still did not work. Would it help if i collected the project and dropboxed it so you could try it on your end?

Hi @Phillip34139870grow - Were you able to solve your issue?  What version of Premiere are you on?  Have you tried upgrading to Sonoma version 14.7?
