Unable to export … encoding causes program to freeze

premier pro is freezing on me whenever I tried to export a sequence. The encoding box comes up and then it just freezes. I've restarted my computer the program and cleared my media cash. My videos are pretty simple and I am hoping someone can help.

One of your help assistance had to remote into my computer and for gosh over an hour now he’s been poking around in there uploading software and trying to figure out what the issue is. He has successfully exported a video using Nvidia software. He thinks there’s some issue with my GPU and is still investigating that.
