Hello everyone,
I tried looking for a solution on YouTube to solve an encoding export to Dropbox issue I'm experiencing, within Adobe Premiere Pro 2023, with one of my videos but I haven't had any success.
The Encoder Error message says: Could not write destination Media File because it is locked. Access denied.

This is the first time I've experienced this because previously I've been able to export my other videos to Dropbox with no issues.
So I wrote to the Adobe Creative Cloud User Group on Facebook and I was told not to use Dropbox for encoding.
Then I changed my destination folder to my C drive on my laptop which operates on Microsoft Windows 11 but this didn't solve the issue.

So I decided to open another project video in Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 to see if maybe the video, which won't export, has a technical error in one of the assets I've imported to file to test this theory. I was able to export the video to Dropbox.
However, the other video I've been trying to export won't because the 'Location' field is blank.
I messaged the Dropbox community and they said the technical issue is within Adobe Premiere Pro.
I have no idea why one video I produced within Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 will export to my Dropbox folder but the other won't.
Would you know how I am able to fix this encoding export error?
Your advice is greatly appreciated.
