Unable to Import MXF files

1. Version of the app - 25.1 (Latest Version)
2. OS - Mac
3. Reproduction - Open project in Premiere Pro 25.1 and try to drag an MXF file to the project Bin
4. Actual Result - An Error occurs ("Low-leve exception ha occured") and can not use MXF file

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We are glad to see you here. 

Can you tell me more about what type of mxf it is?  Camera format, video codec, resolution, etc.

As @Ann Bens mentioned, we’ll need a few more details to help with this issue.  Please see; How do I write a bug report?  I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the frustration!
