Video not showing

New Here ,
May 07, 2025 May 07, 2025

I'm having the issue of not being able to see the screen, not the whole screen, but the screen where it allows you to view the footage you're editing. I've tried reopening the app, and restarting my pc. Yet both failed. I don't know what to do or what is wrong with it. I'm going to keep trying to fix it, but if anyone has any solutions, please tell me them.

Can you confirm which version of Premiere you're using?  Have you tried updating your Intel drivers?  If you have, try rolling back a version.  Can you think of anything else that might have changed when this began?

Thank you for reporting your experience.

Can you try clicking the workspaces button on the top right and choose "reset to saved layout"

Best regards,
Alexander

I have tried that, multiple times actually. They don't work. But it does keep whatever I do trying to fix it from getting worse than it already is.

So, I am just having issues viewing the video I'm editing where it shows it on the screen.

As for the stps on how I got to the issue, I'm not sure about because the bug happened out of nowhere while I was editing a video.

My Operating System is a windows laptop.

GPU driver version (Windows only): Intel(R) UHD Graphics 600

Hopefulyly this helps:)

Thing is, my laptop I'm using is already fully updated and cannot update Premiere Pro to its current updated version. The version Premiere Pro is for me right now is v25.2.3 according to what it says for me. Hope this helps:)
