Warp Stabilizer Causing Crash 24.5 MXF File Bugs

Seems to be crashing when using warp stab on MXF files... I was having issues with MXF files in gernreal, but then did the permissions fix. Seems like premiere still does not like MXF files.

HI @IslandFox - Do you get the same behavior in 24.6?  We have made some updates in the Beta version 25 with MXF files.  Let us know thank you.
