When in a dropbox folder, Productions panel only updates when I close and reopen it.

Here is a screen recording of what's happening. Unfortunately, it seems to only happen when working out of a locally synced cloud service folder (dropbox, gdrive, and adobe cloud give the same result). For the time being, I can build the project out in a local folder, but we operate almost entirely out of dropbox for backup and collaboration, any ideas of what I can do?

Hi @Jeremy28541479fqzg,

Are you using the Dropbox Relay extension or just working out the synced folders? Can you tell me which version of Premiere you're working in? Do you always use Dropbox, and now it's acting up, or is this a first-time/ unique situation?  Sorry for the frustration and thanks for reaching out.

wondering if there could be a permissions issue on the "dropbox" folder.  I mainly work on a mac, saving my project files to a local folder which automatically syncs to dropbox without any issues. So I'm not familiar with how windows handles permissions.    Maybe try relocating the dropbox folder to your startup drive...  And just another thought:  is anyone else logged on to dropbox at the same time you're seeing this issue...

We're PC here, had issues with Dropbox. Went to LucidLink. No issues. In fact, our shared media and Production is all via LucidLink, no local storage except for cache files.

And our partner is all Mac, in Cape Town, we're in Oregon, Productions and files "live" on Amazon S3 in London.
