Zooming out with alt+scroll wheel on timeline zooms into maximum zoom

Every time I scroll out quickly using alt+scrollwheel down, Premiere bugs out and zooms my timeline into the maximum zoom possible. It is incredibly annoying especially when I'm working on two hour long + projects, and to zoom out to see the full timeline takes about a minute sometimes, with it constantly zooming in, or I use the minus key, but my one hand on keyboard, one hand on mouse workflow prefers to just be able to use the feature set provided in the software, without it bugging. This has occurred for a while now, but it isn't the case on some other PC's. I've even had it with a different PC, but a different user install would not observe this bug.

Ryzen 9 7950x, NVIDIA 4080 Super, 96gbs ram.
Premiere 25.2.1 (Build 2).

It is not a mouse issue, I play competitive online FPS's, I would notice if this issue was occurring elsewhere.

It greatly impacts my workflow and is incredibly annoying. It happens nearly every time I scroll out of my timeline (which I do every few seconds).

I have attached a video of it occurring.

Hi @Andrewmils,

Thanks for submitting a bug report. Are you using any additional external monitors? What is your display scale set to (does it happen if at 100%)?

Were you experiencing this with previous versions of Premiere Pro, and if so, do you recall which ones?

Sorry for the frustration, hope we can help you soon.
