無法使用免費模版

請問Premiere Pro 2023 裡的Essentail Graphics ->Browse->Adobe Stock->free的免費模版在我想要使用時呈現抓取的手形且旁邊有禁止使用的符號，我不明白如果是免費的轉場模板為何我無法使用，我買的是完整應用程式的計畫!!

Thanks for the message. I read about your problem. Most troubling! Can you check out the solution here and see if it works for you? It's for Rush but might have the same interaction with Adobe Stock. Let us know.
