Screen recorders are built into macOS and Windows, so if you don’t want to buy a dedicated screen capture application, you can use the feature already built into your OS. Whichever method you use, it’s easy to import the screen capture clips they produce into Premiere Pro, where you can edit them.

In Windows, hit the Windows sign (between CTRL and ALT) + G to start screen recording. No idea what the combination is for Apple.
