22.6.2 (Build 2) auto updated this morning and Essential Graphics no longer works - UI unresponsive, won't retrieve templates, can't edit text. Tried rebooting and downgrading to previous version. Neither helped. Suggestions...?
If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
Updated to latest Nvidia Studio driver: v517.40 - Nope. Still broken.
Tried resetting preferences: Nope. Still broken.
Also tried creating an entirely new project: Nope. Still broken.
Complete uninstall - reboot, uninstall removing everything, reboot, reinstall. Nope. Still broken. Essential Graphics panel still unresponsive.

Adobe Creative Cloud with 10 apps loaded. All up to date.

Got it working! Remove all plugins, located the cache on a new SSD. Seems to have cured the problem.
