I have a project with a number of speed changes for slow motion. They are typically from 119.88fps to 25% on a 23.976fps timeline. The project rendered fine under PP 23.3.0, and after an upgrade to 23.4.0, I found that exports showed the slow motion footage playing back appearing to "stutter", as if there were many repeated frames. I did experiment with the three time interpolation modes on export, but none of those fixed the issue. I downgraded to 23.3.0, and the exports work fine again.
