24.0 Can't Drag and Drop into Bins

In list view, I can't drag and drop assets into bins.  Also, when clicking a bin it does not open as it typically does: the arrow icon still shows it as closed but the assets inside drop down below the closed bin.  And I still can't move assets into the bin.

Try trashing preferences.

Also update gpu driver, you have drawing errors.
