24.1 bug Premiere Pro - Audio Effects

Was using the fill right with left audio effect in 24.1 and it was not processing onto my video file. I Uninstalled this version and went back to 24.0.3 and it works. @adobe can you look into this?

When something is not working correct after an update: trash preferences and media cache.

and/or make new project and import old one.
