25 seconds render taking forever

Transform cannot allocate a buffer larger than 3000 pixels in either dimension.

I get that message when I render my video in premier pro, and I don't know what it means.  I can't seem to find solutions on google or youtube.

Does anyone know  what I have to do to resolve the issue?

Are you perhaps using any still image files in your project? If so, they are probably to big. You need to resize them down.
