Hi! I shoot my footage on an fx3 and my audio is recorded using 4 channels. channel 1 and 2 are two lav mics and channel 3 and 4 are boom. By defualt premiere pro makes all these clips mono. I want them to be stereo as I record stereo audio. what boxes should I tick for the channels 3 and 4 in order to make my boom tracks sterio?

You have done it right now. The only thing i would change is Number of Audio Clips, iow change from 4 to 2. This will give you two stereo clips on the timeline, one with A1+A2 and the other one with A3+A4.
