Hi all, I'm trying to edit a slideshow with jpegs and it played fine without adding transitions but all of the sudden the screen goes green about half way through. I'm running a mac studio with m2 chip. Any idea why this is happening? It seems to clear up if i quit and relaunch it but its frustraiting.

Hi @Cconk,

Kind weird...sorry! How large are the JPEGs in dimensions? Are they in RGB format? Make sure they are not CMYK. How large is your sequence size in Sequence > Sequence Settings? Let us know. Hope we can help.

Thanks,
Kevin

I'm not on station at the moment but the images are small. It seemed to clear up when i scaled the images down a bit in Premiere and haven't had problems since doing that. It didn't happen until I added transistions. I'm wondering if the transition somehow confused the system and the frame size. No clue, but something I've never seen before.

Here's a screenshot of what it looked like when it happened.

Hi @Cconk,

Thanks for the screenshot and message. I'm not sure what is going on there. I'd need a sample file from you. Feel free to upload one of those files and send me a private link via a message. Just click on my name and it will guide you to my profile where you can message me. Please also provide full details about your computer system (CPU/GPU/RAM/HD) and the frame size and frame rate in Sequence > Sequence Settings. I hope I can help you.

Thanks,
Kevin
