A Low-Level Exception Occured. -Now I can open my project file

Hi, 

I applied motion blur and got a low-level exception error. Now I am unable to open this project file. Has anyone expierenced this? It's frustrating!

I am running Macbook Air M1 16gb and the latest version of Premiere Pro.

So I cleared all media cache and removed the pixel motion blur and added gausian blur and that solved the issue. Seem the pixel motion blur doesnt work.
