HELP!!!

I used MorphCut in my project and then it threw this exception below, and now I can't do anything.

My PR Pro is 2023 version, and I've just updated NVDIA GeForce RTX2060 driver to latest version.

Additionally, I've changed "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration" to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only".

Any idea?

Try to delete Render Files from sequence, as well as clean media cache.

Did you update to the latest 'Studio' drivers? (revert to GPU acceleration after doing so).

Try to change video preview setttings in sequence settings from H.264 to QuickTime.

If nothing works try to reset the preferences

Try simplifying the Sequence. That has fixed a couple issues for me in the recent past. [Sequence > Simplify Squence]
