Yesterday I needed to install a insta360 importer to work with .insv footage. After installing I was still unable to import the .insv footage but a whole other issue popped up. Now all my footage shows as media pending. Across all projects. I can play the timeline and hear the audio but I can't see anything but that yellow media pending screen. I have gone through the list of fixes that are suggested (uninstall, reinstall, downgrade to a previous version (22), disable/enable the footage, clear the media cache, move the media cache, on and on but nothing has helped. I finally came across something saying to switch to 'software only' in my project settings, but I'm unable to do that becuase I work on an M1. This led me to a bunch of posts about this issue (like this one). What is the solution here? This is extremely frustrating.
My specs: Apple M1 Pro, 16gb ram, running ventura 13.3.1
Premiere running both the most up-to-date version, as well as trying 22.0 and 22.6.2
My footage is mostly 4K but I have proxies for all of it.

Hey Karin,
Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Could you let us know which version of Insta360 Studio you currently have installed? Is it 4.7.0? If so, please try uninstalling it and trying the 4.6.6 version. Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Ishan
