About Adobe Premiere CC 2015

Hello everybody. I am using adobe premiere cc 2015. i am having a problem. I shot a video consisting of 28 tracks.video duration on computer; 2 hours 21 minutes 04 seconds. I'm uploading a video to Premiere pro. (project) Then I drag them to the timeline one by one. time when all videos are finished; 4 hours 14 minutes. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. the result is still the same. I formatted the computer, the result is still the same. I've never had such a problem before. why did this happen. Do you have information ?
